@its.a.bird I don't give her any sort of dessert. I've tried timeouts, no tv, and spankings. I really don't know what else there is. she doesn't respond to them. just gets mad and continues doing what she was, just sneakier and worse.

I got 3 door alarm things from dollar tree. yes, dollar tree. I'm broke. plus I want to see what she'd do with it so my mom and I will be putting them up tomorrow. thank you ladies for not bashing me about this.

I would definitely suggest an alarm system. We have one for security reasons but also for once my son is mobile.

@its.a.bird my daughter is an escape artist, pretty much. she sneaks outside to go play with the neighbors kids. long story, but I've been trying to find good ways to keep her from getting out. she's strong, knows how to move baby gates, climb over them, unlock deadbolts, open doors, etc. I have a child lock on our door (I live in my mom's house. me and my 2 kids live in the same room.) she can't open the lock, but I don't think putting them on the other doors would be a good idea because everyone is basically in and out of the house so theyd never be locked except at night when it doesn't matter. you know? sorry this is so long.
