28+4 today 😊 DH and I took the boys swimming.
Does anyone else have older children who are extremely over protective of you now that you’re pregnant?
My 9 year old is very over protective. He knows how hard this pregnancy has been and he knows that we didn’t get pregnant “normally”. (IVF pregnancy) I’m not sure if that’s why he is so over protective but he just went to my mom’s house for the next week and had a complete meltdown.
He thinks something is going to happen to me and the baby while he’s gone. We both cried like big babies and I told him that I’m ok and his sister is fine. I just want to know if it’s only my kid acting like this.
@bethanytharp17, thanks.. my older one was definitely over protective when I was pregnant with my youngest son.. but never to this extent. I feel like it’s excessive.
It's perfectly normal. Usually all older siblings are like that towards their mothers while pregnant.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
My boys were pretty protective also, mostly my 9yr old though. It was cute, I think it’s a good thing 😊
