Attempted to do glucose test today, had blood test and the drink, went back out into the waiting room and vomited it all back up 😣
Does anyone know of any alternative ways to have the test done?

@emily.ftm thanks but I couldn't do it lol didn't even finish drinking the whole bottle without throwing it back up again.. yuck!

@emily.ftm awwww that sucks! They taste awful too.. as I said ask your doctor, because I'm pretty sure there is an alternative.
I had an early one done at 18w, was hard but managed to keep it down but this time around nope didn’t last 5mins and it all came back up 😣
I'm not sure, you'll have to ask your gp. I think you can eat sugary lollies? That drink is so awful! It took everything I had to keep it down 🤢
You don’t have to do it!
You can do the fasting test on its own without having the glucose drink.
You can then get your sugar levels checked with a personal glucose machine 2 hours after each meal.
Talk to your dr about other options.
