@bethann87 seriously!!! It's all ridiculous

@melissamichele05 i agree there should with all our scientific advances be a better way however I think they consider your sleeping hours into that time of fasting and you get the glucose for the test. It's also annoying how often women fail the one hour and pass the three hour so not only do you have to drink that crap 2x but you have the stress in between of knowing you failed and worrying lol

@bethann87 omg 17 hrs!!! How is that even good/safe for us or the baby!!?

I passed my 3 hr. My office gave me some juice for right after I was done and i had a protein bar in my purse so I could eat right after. I brought a book to pass the time. Honestly i felt worse after my one hour test than 3 hour the amount of sugar is different for the two tests. I ended up not eating for 17 hours total

It sucks! I had to take the three hour one and passed so hopefully that's the case for you too!

@melissamichele05 I'm pretty much thinking if I pass the first hour I'm gunna see if I can dip out.

@melissamichele05 yeah she was like try and make it as far as you can into the test. 11 hrs of not eating for a pregnant woman? You might as well cut my heart out.

@meetthevalentines2017 omg seriously. I don't get it. I plan to have a snack with me and to eat immediately after but that's not gonna do much if im passing out!

@melissamichele05 the nurse that I scheduled with was like "make sure you bring something to eat before you drive home because some women become lightheaded and/or pass out" like what does that tell You? You have no better way to test for it?
