Just what u eat. Or could be reflux. I found out my 2 boys had reflux so no matter what u eat will causes it. If u or hubby have it they can have it

My little man reacts with an upset tummy if I eat broccoli and cauliflower together. It could be something you’re eating, try eliminating things to see if there’s an improvement
