Did any of u moms have problems with extremely heavy cycles after birth for the first 2-3 days of your cycle? How many months did it last before the heaviness went back to your "normal" before you got pregnant? I am 9 months pp and have suffered from extremely heavy cycles well for the first 2-3 days of each cycle to where I've called my Dr multiple times and didn't leave the house during the first few days. FINALLY this month is the FIRST month that it has been normal like before I got pregnant (I had 2 babies back to back 2016, 2017). Im wondering if it will stay like this again and wondering if any other moms have bad this problem.

Vitex question ladies....

Vitex question ladies.... I've been taking vitex for almost a week now, have any of you been using it and have had a period yet? ..... I took it the day before my period, unknowingly, and my period was lighter than my extreme heavy flow, and seems to have shorten to 5 days, rather than my usual 10 day flow. Anyone experienced AF change as this? Especially so soon.
