Fml Over did it like ALOT too much today. I had to carry lyla in her carseat into her followup appt because daddy had to chase down mia in the hospital. Then we stopped at walmart to grab a few things and even tho i used the electric wheel chair i still ended up getting up and down alot. Im definitely feeling it

Deff PLEASE take it easy! When I was 2w postpartum i hemorrhaged from overdoing myself and carrying my 2yo. Even though shes only 24lbs that still did it for me along with not getting enough rest and getting up and down too much. It is no fun for that to happen. I'm still pretty weak from it. Go slow!
