My first was born at 39 Weeks!

@inkedsouthernbelle i know i can't plan exactly but with the military he has to have his leave in months prior so im trying to plan as best i can

Girl you can’t really plan things like that to be honest. Especially with a natural birth. You could deliver successfully at 36 weeks like my friend or have to be induced at 42 weeks like another friend of mine. That was one of the perks of my scheduled c section haha! I knew the day and time but I’d just say play it by ear and if you haven’t delivered by week 40 tell him to come on anyways cause it’ll happen any day after that

Everyone thought B. was going to be early, but I had him at 41+1 and I was induced.

@zaynesmommy1889 plus if you've already delivered by the time he comes, he'll get 2 full wks

@newlyironman very true, im not high risk so i dont believe ill need to be induced unless he decides to be stubborn like his mama lol

@newlyironman oh wow!! I have heard with first babies they tend to be past the dd. It sucks bc he has to have all this planned and submitted so it can be approved within the next few weeks. Hes so excited to be an uncle and i just want to make sure hes able to meet Zayne

@zaynesmommy1889 a lot of drs won't induce until you're a week late so if he comes a week early and you did a week late, he'd miss it all

@braindeadmama i was thinking maybe a week before my dd that way hed be home just incase Z comes early or late. Were you induced?

I would wait until after you're due

I deliver at 36 weeks. If i were you I’d have him come about 3 days after your due date. Because if baby comes late he’ll still get a decent amount of time
