What helps with nausea / heartburn , it's literally to the point I can't eat !! Someone help - (already tried tums , they didn't cut it )
Only thing that helped me with heartburn was laying on my left side. So your stomach acid can't come back up your esophagus, my doctor told me that and with nausea she had me take Benadryl and I believe it was vitamin B or B12? I can't remember but she told me those before bed would help with nausea the next day. It helped some but I had really bad morning (all day lol) sickness. Got so bad I couldnt eat for a week and I couldn't even keep water down and the just told me I was so dehydrated they couldn't even draw blood and I was like well no shit lol I'd definitely ask your doctor about the vitamin combination to make sure you have the right one if you were to try that.
I can't even drink water without it hitting ! Lol , I go to the dr next Friday , is this something I sound bring up?
Unisom is supposed to help with nausea. As is B6. And ginger. (None of that worked for me and I had to get a prescription but they do work for a lot of women!)
Heartburn I only found breathing deeply through by mouth helped when it hit. It was so bad that I even had heartburn when I drank milk or water.
@rebeccasmith1101, you’re welcome! I hope it helps
Maybe try drinking milk for the heart burn if you can stomach it. I had to drink three glasses one time Bc I had no tums
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

Breastfeeding information and tips
This is a post I've made to help women who are thinking of breastfeeding, or are breastfeeding and may have some questions about breastfeeding. It is also aimed to help women who may be experiencing problems with breastfeeding and may need to know how to deal with these problems because most breastfeeding problems can be sorted.

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
Hi Preggies,
We've had some requests from moms who are going through difficult emotional times, before, during and after pregnancy. Some of you may be feeling alone, sad and anxious in an already challenging time. Some members would like to create a group where they can support each other and stay positive when it seems nearly impossible. Anyone interested in joining this group would comment here and then follow those women. Then you can look out for each other and send positive words of encoura...
