Spanish moms, I’m back to pick your brain (well fingers lol) to cook Spanish steak do it have to be cubed steaks or can it be a regular type of steak that i can cut up once done and put it it the sauce?
You can cook it either way. If you cook it whole and then cut up the pieces it comes out juicier in my opinion.
Honestly I tend to just use flap meat the ranchera meat if you go to a Mexican store. It’s pricey sometimes but to me it taste better it’s more tender.
But if you choose to cut it up in strips first it’ll cook quicker.
