@marielovely, so I just got home I did lose my mucus plug but my cervix is still closed and I was having contractions so they ended up letting me go home and just told me to keep drinking water and just relax if the contractions get worse or if my water bag breaks to go back to the Er

It’ll come back. I started losing bits of mine at 33 weeks and I didn’t have my son until I was 39 weeks 1 day

@shellwill29, ... really? They say if ur mucus plug has blood in it to go to the ER because that can be a sign of labor and u are really early on to be going into labor!

You can lose your mucus plug and it can grow back... if it’s bloody show mucus plug then I would go

You can loose it early but “ grows” back, if you notice your leaking then yes you should go to the hospital. But I would keep an eye on it

They can regenerate. Don’t worry. You could bring it up at your next appt.

Sometimes you lose your mucus plug and you don’t go into labor any time soon
