In the world and society we live in now I would not let Sophia wear a bikini. I have always said each to their own and would never judge a parent for their choice but there are too many disgusting people out there who would get satisfaction of a child wearing a bikini. 😞😞

@kerry26_92 @sara-lou86 it's a massive huge problem for us raising kids now that all the tv presenters seem to be in favour of exposing kids it's very encouraged people defending it on day time tv full grown adults even teachers, the music channels they watch are full of women with breast and arsses hanging out (All fake may I add) then they say if you don't let your child do it then your living in the old ages or your stopping them fitting in, like seriously? Apparently you give them body complex issues by teaching them to have self respect and be dignified in what they wear, i think the biggest body issues girls will suffer with is teaching them that your only cool if your hath naked and dolled up because unless they've got a million pound changes are their never going to look like these women they see plastered on music channels in their magazines on tv programmes ect so they will feel ugly for being natural looking, they will get a complex if when they do dress hath naked they find their boobs don't look like Kim Kardashians their belly has a couple of rolls or their bum has a few dimples if everyone had to dress respectfully I think there would be alot less insecurities among women personally because nobody would be thinking they have to look in a certain way, people would take each other on how they found each other as a human being more than what they thought when they looked at your body, it's a very shallow world we live in today so shallow it's so sad people are actually putting themselves through pain wasting hundreds of pounds to change the way they look when they have no deformities at all. All the psychological damage this has been causing over the years is just horrendous people having their faces collapse trying to fit in where is it going to end 😐 xx

I remember my Mum turning me around to send me upstairs to change a few times when I was growing up because I was wearing something she didn't think I was old enough for 😂 It must get harder as they get older and feel their old enough for this & that. But for now whilst their young & I am making all the decisions then I'm gonna do all I can to keep them kids & innocent for as long as possible!

@sara-lou86 @kerry26_92 that's exactly how I feel about it, i use to dress up at home with those fake plastic heels and little princess dresses which was cute to my parents but if I was going out to play id have to wear shorts under a dress even if it came to my ankles because little kids playing and inocent and all that run around open their legs doing cartwheels and all sorts climbing on frames going down slides which makes skirts go up, I've been in the park with my kids and seen little girls playing away all inocent not even realising their knickers are on show, i mean in a ideal world kids would be able to run free and naked if they wanted to but we cant be blind and hide from the fact there is very sick screwed up peaces of shit out there that will be over the moon to see our little girls all exposed id rather not play into it if that means my child won't be popular then so be it id rather her be safe xx

We should have to be explaining it to them at such a young age it's rediculouse but it's got to be done xx

@k720 I completely agree .. the amount if young girls I see dolled up to the nines on a Friday night when I'm coming home from work or even going to work is unbelievable.. Yeah when I was in school u weren't allowed make up either an I think I'm older than u haha!! u got told to wash it of an not move till it was gone. these days some parents don't give a crap , we need to make them aware of what the world is now and all the people that are about .. My daughter asked me could she wear a belly a top fair enough I let her wear one but she had to be by my mum as she was away with her, i had to explain to her why she couldn't wander of on her own.. Because of these fucked up men xx

I don't have girls but for me, I just don't get why a toddler/ young child needs a bikini. I tend to always lean on the side of letting kids be kids. I don't like jeans on babies for example. Their just not practical. Let them be babies in sleep suits. They have all their teen/adult life to wear adult clothes/ accessories etc. So I tend not to like a lot if things that some people think are cute because they make them look like mini adults lol. Just let them be kids 😊

@kerry26_92 my girls 3 and I was shopping for swimming suit was actually surprised to see how many bikinis there was for a 3 year old, i mean I just want to wrap my little girl up in cotton wall tell she's not so little and vulnerable, i mean when she's 18 of course I won't stop her dressing up going out that would be madness but i think it's our job to protect them when their little, it compleatly terrifies me just how many pedophiles are out there and we most likely only know the hath of it, i think the impression they would get if the parents are allowing their child to be hath naked is that their vulnerable and uncared about making them a target ahead of the girls who are actually dressed aged appropriate, it's a sad world we live in today really sad that everyone thinks you have to be hath naked to fit in or covered in makeup, the amount of debates I've seen about girls having to wear skirts to feel feminine having to wear makeup blar blar blar it's ridiculous I never wear skirts and I definitely feel like im a female 😂 nobody was aloud to wear makeup at school when I was in school not even that long ago, all these idiots making out girls can't survive without being done up and hath naked at such young ages because they won't be in with the fashion, well I don't care id rather my daughter be a child while she is one than spend her childhood trying to look like a full grown women it's a joke xx

My two girls have asked me can they wear a biking on holiday when they go away with nanny .. I point plank said no because of this exact reason you've just described ... You don't know who's in this world lately .. My girls are age 9 an 6 and most deffinalty not .. xx
