I only waited 4 weeks. No stitches but we used condoms and just took it easy.

I only needed 3 stitches and bled for 2 weeks but I waited about 3 1/2 months, even then it hurt extremely bad. Idk if that’s normal. My primary doctor tried to encourage me to have sex before I was ready because she said “men have needs too.” All I could think was that’s what his hands for.🤷‍♀️ Maybe I was just different though.

Nope waited until about four months, you just had baby come out of that I gave mine time to close back up so I wasn’t a Lucy goosey, and plus infections rate 😁

Oh OK idk how long I waited after my last two I can't remember but with this one its been almost 4weeks and I was done bleeding after two weeks and I had no tears or nothing ....I'm gonna wait but my husband has been waiting patiently lol which is shocking because he wouldn't have sex with me durning pregnancy now he can't keep his hands off me this week

About 8 weeks

Always at least 6 or once your OB checks you out bc you have a gaping wound where you placenta detached. You could risk infection and you’re also very fertile after giving birth

I waited 10. I tore quite a bit and was scared. Plus I bled until about 5 weeks. It’s recommended to wait until you get approval from your doc to reduce the risk of infection. Plus you’re incredibly fertile the first couple months after giving birth.....
