Toast for breakfast I guess bout the only thing with no sugar in.... 🤔🤔🤔 @melanie-spiritmedium help! What can I eat? 😬😬
@melanie-spiritmedium I'm the same I thought it was my iron levels... 🙈 xxxx
@melanie-spiritmedium I do feel light headed alot... I just put it down to the weather but now I know it's more.. I just can't stop sweating.. feeling dizzy aswell!! I'm drinking more and I had a look at that website very helpful with what I can and can't have and ways to keep cool . Xxx
@nicolemariehooperxo, I was fainting all the time and put it down to low iron but then my iron tests came back normal, it went on for months but as soon as I was diagnosed and got my head around what to eat the fainting stopped completely I’ve not fainted since April x
@melanie-spiritmedium did you sweat a lot? I'm sweating alot more than usual in this heat 😥 xxx
@melanie-spiritmedium that's so good to hear! You're right though being healthier is better for me and baby... so hard when I'm craving sweet stuff though... what symptoms did you have? If any? xxx
@nicolemariehooperxo, Yeah it’s really overwhelming I was crying for days when I got my results. But honestly once I got my head around it and changed my diet I felt so much better and had loads of energy for my third trimester. I’m still on the diet now I love it x
@melanie-spiritmedium wow thank you I'm gonna have a read!! It's just hard to take in at first I guess! Xxx
@nicolemariehooperxo, Please don’t panic! I panicked at first thinking there was literally nothing I could eat but honestly this page is a life saver I’ll try and link the website for you now! It’s full of recipes with sugar substitutes or low carbs it’s amazing xx ссылка
@nicolemariehooperxo, try to find out what fruits have high glycaemic index. They are those fruits that you shouldn’t eat. Other fruits are ok. I love bananas too ☹️ you can still eat WHOLEMEAL bread. I used to eat a lot of rice (rice is not good either as it has a high glycaemic index). What I’m eating most of the time now is buckwheat (very popular in Eastern Europe), but you might not like it. Hope on Friday it’ll be clear for you what you can eat. It won’t be easy to cut off the food that you normally eat. Be patient xx
@liya.bowie yeah I know I'm hoping my baby comes early now! 🤔 xxx
@liya.bowie I love Bananas :( I really feel shitty about it.. I'm just so stuck on what to eat.. even fruit has sugar in 😩 now I know bread will turn into sugar I'm so stuck... I can't believe the midwife didn't give me any advice... I won't know what to eat until Friday! Xxx
@melanie-spiritmedium what am I supposed to eat?! 😩 no, not yet seeing someone on Friday I'll have a look for that... xxxx
I found out I have gestational diabetes at 32 weeks and had to start the diet then. Sorry you’ll have to follow this diet for longer xx
I used to have oatmeal for breakfast. Since I got the testing kit it showed my glucose level was high whenever I ate oatmeal (the doctor said some women can’t tolerate it in the morning). So I had to change to something that doesn’t gives high results in glucose. Now every day I have cottage cheese for breakfast (I’m from Ukraine and it’s a normal thing to eat). The doctor has also advised me to have WHOLEMEAL toast with eggs/avocado/cheese. But I haven’t tried it yet because I haven’t bought wholemeal bread. Whenever I eat cottage cheese, I eat it with fruits (pear, plum etc BUT not banana or grapes) just to make myself full. It’s not easy to keep this diet and most of the time you might feel hungry. I was like that in the beginning but got used to it after 4-5 days. Good luck xx it’s for your baby’s sake
Aww sorry to hear that you have it hun! Toast has a lot of sugar in, you need to avoid carbs now as your placenta will turn them into sugar. Do you have your kit to test your blood yet? Also do you have Facebook? As there’s an amazing group on there that got me through it as the hospital dieticians are not that good on the advice for it, most people who follow their guidelines end up on medication and have to inject insulin 😩 the Facebook group was my lifesaver xx
@dannie.louise.x I found out yesterday I've got gestational diabetes but they didn't give me any advice on what to eat or drink... I'm not seeing anyone till Friday! xxx

Где найти такую красивую картину?🤔
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
