Take a Unisom sleep tablet and vitamin B6 tablet together at night, and then if you feel more nauseous during the day you can take another vitamin B6. It’s the exact same as a Dicelgis tablet but Diclegis is expensive. Some insurance will pay for it though. When I was on AETNA they paid for the real Diclegis but now while I’m on Tricare they won’t
