Look up lice clinics and see if there is one near you. The over the counter products don't work anymore or not well at least. There are a bunch of remedies too you can try but clinics are great because they professionally remove lice, they aren't the cheapest but the get the job done the first time. I had to go to a clinic called naughty nits a few years ago because I got lice from where I worked and that was after struggling for 6 months to get rid of them. They had them gone within a week

I live in a tiny town that literally only has 1 stop light so I know we don’t have any lice clinics. I found a apple cider vinegar and coconut oil mask that killed them relatively fast and left it on for a long time now my girls are in the tub until daddy brings the knit comb.

I had a horrible case of lice when I was around 12. I had it for a month and didn’t realize so they multiplied like crazy!! The only thing that helped me get rid of it was tea tree oil!! I swear they were all gone within two treatments! And it’s all natural! My other friends had lice too and it helped them get rid of it. Good luck!! Lice is the worst!

@babybump21, thanks. If this doesn’t work I’ll try that. I’m trying to do it as naturally as possible because my kids have very sensitive skin and lots of skin allergies. As for me... if it’s not gone by like Monday I’ll just have my friend bleach my hair and do some crazy colors lol 😂 at least that’s a good excuse to get my hair done before I have the baby! 🤷🏼‍♀️

@lillys.mommy, i tried EVERYTHING when I had lice. I did so many different types of chemical treatments and they didn’t work at all! Natural is wayyy better! Plus tea tree oil treatments smell amazing😍 I had lice from August to around December when I finally got rid of them all! I swear by tea tree oil with lice! Also, keep your hair in a braid!! They are less likely to transfer when your hair is up or in a braid, they don’t like that. When I had lice, not one person in my family got it even though I had it for a month without knowing. I even shared the same brush as my mom and she never got it!! I have no clue how!

@babybump21, she’s the only person that had it. I checked everyone’s hair and not a single other person had it. It’s the weirdest thing. Maybe they don’t like the curly hair products I use in her siblings hair and I always wear mine up. There dad always wears a hat. Maybe we just got lucky. She didn’t have many. Hopefully today’s treatment and tomorrow’s treatment will do the trick! 🤞🏻
