This sharp pain in my left breast reminds me of how letdowns feel during breastfeeding.

@unicorn_mama there is no telling. It can take up to a year for all the milk to dry up so you may still have very little. I could still get milk out until I got pregnant and my daughter hadn't nursed since 14 months.

I get that all the time a week before my period and sometimes randomly. Hormones? 🤷🏼‍♀️
