I feel like not enough people are real with how hard pp is. Right now I’ve been on the toilet for about 10 minutes trying to poop but not trying to push because I’m so sore. God bless those of you who have no trouble pooping after delivering a baby, but pray for us who are struggling, please. We just wanna poop too

I took stool softeners at the hosptial and bought some when i got home. I even took a laxative and it took me 5 days to poop and when i did it was painful and till this day its still kind of painful without a stool softener
I ripped both times with both babies all the way to my butt and had to have stitches now THAT makes pooping hell. I was hollering! OH GOD, OH LORD, OH MY GRACIOUS, OH CRAAAAAPPPP, OUCHHHHH 😂

YES. Both times. I had c section and thus had narcotic pain meds, which further made going poop a nightmare. This second time went better than the first because I knew to take Colace around the clock, but it still wasn't too pleasant. 😕
I went 10 days without pooping after having my first baby. I literally felt like I was giving birth again. It was insane. Drink tons of water, take the stool softeners and get lots of fiber. Oatmeal with raisins helped after I had my second baby.
Oh I went nuts with colace for a good month or two after giving birth. Once I even had to send my husband out at midnight to get dulcolax pink because I thought I was dying trying to poop 😂
@kittywearingmama, same here! I was 3 days pp & getting ready to go home and I was like ‘oh no’ and rushed to the toilet. Was a very nice poop but I haven’t had any luck since. 😩
With my first I definitely waited until I was about to shit myself so I didn’t have to push. 😂 and then after that one good poop I was constipated 😩

I gave birth on a Tuesday and I didn’t have my first poop until late Friday .. and for four months I bled EVERY time I went poop and was in extreme amount of pain
@amaliatamalia, I seriously hope this passes, I’m in agony. Still have not been able to poop yet and I started taking my colace again. My baby is so worth it but damn I never thought I would miss pooping so much lol every bit of gas I get hopeful, but get nothing. 😂😂
