To all the moms on here that get EWIC are we suppose to go off the same shopping list sheet as the months before? The nutritionist didn't give me a new shopping list sheet at my girls appt and im not trying to be in the store looking crazy and no one is answering the phones 😫😫

I don’t know if your state has the app but there is a wic app that will tell you what you get each month!
