I'm on Buspirone to keep me calm and they telling me take two by mouth but I just wanna take one could I do that have anyone took this for anxiety if so what was y'all symptoms?

It did for me. Medication effects everyone differently, but my doctor had recommended me to take it twice a day, which I did and it made me feel immensely better.
Honestly, I just stayed really hungry but didn't gain any weight. The first couple of weeks, it made me a bit dizzy (as you would feel if you took a couple of shots of alcohol). Other than that, there really weren't any side effects.
@cassie.ann I'm going to do once a day she told me she what it does to my mood then if so take two of them but u saying two will make my moods better?... But what side effects u have on it?
I was on buspirone twice a day.
I recommend taking it twice a day, as it isn't a long release medication, so it won't keep your anxiety symptoms away for a full 8-12 hours as others such as Ativan do.
I always took mine once in the morning and once in the evening and it evened my moods/anxiety out.

@boymomx3 it didn't make your anxiety get better and did it give u any symptoms
It takes like 2 weeks to get into your system I was on it and it did nothing for me, do what you feel comfortable doing
