Frittata is a smart way to make breakfast for like a good three days depending on who’s eating. There’s many ways to make one healthy or filling etc. Or veggie omelettes, smoothies with breakfast or fruit instead of bread. For lunch and dinner a chicken wrap with a side salad , dinner baked chicken with veggies small side of brown rice or no rice. But you must eat a lot of veggies.
