I would like you moms to share a list of foods you like to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner so I can get some new ideas. I took a break from my weight loss journey but I'm starting again.

I also have a protein shake for lunch sometimes. Vanilla shakeology, banana, peanut butter, honey, almond milk and ice.

Dinner I’ve done thin ribeye steak pan seared in bbq seasoning, steamed carrots in garlic and butter, oven roasted broccoli & cauliflower in garlic and topped with parmesan cheese.

Potatoes or turnips sautéed with mushrooms seasoned in roasted garlic & pepper grinder, chicken maple sausage (non gmo, organic, applegate brand), 2 eggs scrambled seasoned with pepper and topped with a little cheese. One of my breakfasts I’ve made.

Honey bbq tuna, pre shredded coleslaw and a coleslaw sauce recipe I found on pinterest, it’s mayo, apple cider vinegar, honey and ground mustard. I’ve had this at lunch or dinner. Super good and filling. I use the little flavored tuna packs in it. The garlic & herb flavor is amazing too.

Frittata is a smart way to make breakfast for like a good three days depending on who’s eating. There’s many ways to make one healthy or filling etc. Or veggie omelettes, smoothies with breakfast or fruit instead of bread. For lunch and dinner a chicken wrap with a side salad , dinner baked chicken with veggies small side of brown rice or no rice. But you must eat a lot of veggies.

Was watching cooking channel, eggs were used a lot. So many ways with toast, in a frittata. Great to store..
