33 weeks tomorrow and I’ve been so sore and achy around my pelvic and pubic area! It even hurts to turn from side to side or to walk!! Having period like cramps near my pubic bone too idk, Is this normal?😩

Does anyone else have Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction? I can hardly walk without my Pubic bone hurting.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
