Mine was a gift from my baby shower, but Amazon has a lot of options. I LOVED ours. I'd invested in a good bit of baby Orajel when my daughter started teething, but didn't need it after we started using the necklace. The few times I'd forget to put it back on after her bath, I could tell pretty quickly.
