Any csection mommies can give me some advice on creams or anything that will help the scar heal faster I know I’m asking for to much just had my bby two weeks ago but if there’s any methods that r helpful thnks in advance
@bellyfullofbaby, thnk u I’m gonna do that I took some pics but idk what to look out for since it looks fresh lol
Wear a pad folded long ways so that the absorbent side keeps your scar dry. It’ll help you see if you have any leaks or blood too. I had some bleeding that I probably wouldn’t have noticed had I not been wearing one but that turned out to be a tear in my stitches and it healed fairly quickly.
@linacorral1562, thanks us women are stronger than we think.. it's crazy how the female body endures pain and recovers to do it all over again..Mommas rock!
Bravery of you to have gone through it alone @floralfairy I thought my first two C-sections were piece of cake third one felt like I was ripping up completely 😑I cried so much in my recovery from my last one. When asking me to conceive again I would gag n shake my head. Now I'm back at it again like I'm going to deliver pain free. Whatever, however this one comes turns out I have to just go through it.
@linacorral1562, @moniquerivera70, omg yeah it's scary because of scar tissue. I want #2 but wanna wait atleast my baby is 1 1/2. Recovery was hard af.. painful and I was alone with my baby in the hospital stay doing everything and bending over to change his diaper from day 1. I even heard and felt 2 pops from inside me as recent as 2 months ago and the first one like 3months PP. And I had an internal stitch start coming outta me like a pimple like 6months PP.
@linacorral1562, thnk u I appreciate it n yeah ur right god only knows why things work out the way they do
Wow! I keep reading&reading on C-sections as if I'm going to hear anything different from what I know from my own experience. Like there's a shortcut or something lol. Really afraid because it was only a year from my last one. Sorry to hear your C-section was like that. I too pray for you to have a quick recovery. God will only give us what he knows we can handle🙌 Glad everything worked out for you&a healthy baby.
@linacorral1562, omg really I got four n this last emergency csection I had to get my uterus removed due to me hemorrhaging heard it was from having bbys back to back n scar tissue which I never knew could be a issue but I pray for a fast n speedy recovery hun kudos to u csections r hard
I know tell me bout it 😖 recovery from my last one was no joke. You'd think I would've learned then huh, lol. And it was only a year ago.
@linacorral1562, aww man that would make me hella nervous too
Funny @moniquerivera70 @floralfairy I got the same problem 🙌 I'm going on my 4th C-section soon 😑I'm nervous as shit😬.
@floralfairy, 😭😭😭😭fckn gut wish I had a flat tummy but thnk u I will be looking every bathroom break
@moniquerivera70, I Did too! No Just lift that gut up like I did and clean it lol. And make sure to pat it dry... keeping it dry is important too.
@floralfairy, thnk u n wow I’m just paranoid it’s gonna get infected lol cus I have a gut
I asked to but time will heal it just keep it dry and clean
Just keep it clean, they say soap and water. And only time will help it. Im 9M PP and some days it's still tender if I have panties dig under my pouch.
I had a c section but never heard of anything to help heal faster .. only of creams to help the scar fade .. sorry
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Breastfeeding information and tips
This is a post I've made to help women who are thinking of breastfeeding, or are breastfeeding and may have some questions about breastfeeding. It is also aimed to help women who may be experiencing problems with breastfeeding and may need to know how to deal with these problems because most breastfeeding problems can be sorted.
@floralfairy, yeah that scar tissue issue I never looked into but we put our bodies thru a lot n hope we bounce back as fast lol
