Well Josiah took his diaper off and peed all in his bed 🤦🏻 ♀ 🤦🏻 ♀ awesome way to start the day...

@mommy_x3 lol my husband and i couldnt WAIT to have her in her room. He bought the home security system with a camera for her room just so id agree with moving her upstairs. We live in an amazing neighborhood but being an entire floor apart scared me lol but once she moved into her room we ALL slept sooooo much better. Athena sleeps from 930 till 830 every single night. And naps a solid 2 hours every day. All cause she has her room with drawn blinds and closed door. We actually manage to do stuff around the house with her in there. I cant wait to hear how your experience is!!

@vvrobinson, lol yeah no! Doesn’t sound fun... my husband is the one who doesn’t want them in their own room and I’m like it’s way past due man 😂

@mommy_x3 their move shouldnt be terrible they will have each other to comfort. I wont move baby c into athenas room until shes at least 1 years old and is sleeping semi decently. Two sleep deprived toddlers doesnt sound like my kinda party 😂

@vvrobinson, they all still sleep in our room 🤦🏻‍♀️ not my choice but they do! I’m starting to buy stuff to get the boys in their own room lol I bought them a star night light and we have to get mauriz a twin size bed instead of a toddler bed... and I want to get dinosaur decals for mauriz’s side and paw patrol for Josiah 🙂

@mommy_x3 I think youd be pleasantly surprised. Athena has her own room during the day her door is open and there are times she just goes in there and lays on her bed playing. Or she puts herself down for a nap. At bedtime she gets a story and she gets in her bed and we close the door. She stays in her bed even if shes not sleepy. Just fidgets till she falls asleep.

@vvrobinson, I feel like he’ll constantly get out of bed, I want to switch to a toddler bed with him but my husband says it’s too soon lol

@mommy_x3 that sounds nice!!! We moved athena into her crib from a pack n play at 6 months. Then by 9 months the crib was in her room. She got switched to toddler bed around 18 months and its been great. Gradual moving worked well for us 😊

@vvrobinson, sounds comfortable lol he still sleeps in a pack and play but we found waterproof mattresses so we got one of those so we can use it for Eliana once he moves up to a toddler bed lol

@sarahzimm3, he usually has on pants but he started taking them off so I just been putting him to bed in a shirt

@mommy_x3 thats works too!!! We got athena a baby simmons beauty rest mattress and i swear its sooo comfy i almost fall asleep cuddling her in her bed 😅

Have you tried wearing a onesie or one piece outfit on him to sleep?

@vvrobinson, we ordered him a waterproof mattress but it’s not here yet! 😩

i use those waterproof bed fitted sheets under the fitted sheet so if accidents happen the mattress is saved! Great deals online like 2 for 10
