Update :
I have started to get pains now, started at first along the centre of my bump but now it's all across the bottom & they are very intense. Feeling pressure too, it's very uncomfortable to sit up & bump keeps going hard. Haven't told the midwife yet, but I do have fast labours, none longer then 4 hours. They did tell me a side effect of the pessary was pains but these feel very early Labour like.

They don't think it's Labour just the pessary doing what it should. Well it bloody hurts lol had a paracetamol. OH has gone home, so I'm all alone. But I still stand by it being early Labour, it's in my back, bottom and bottom of bump.
