I'm 21 weeks and wondering the same. Even though baby is not moving too much yet, I have the same cramp like sensation.

@liza286, I’m not constipated either so it’s not that... it’s just so weird... like to the point i move and it tightens and hurts almost...?

Yeah, I had a little bit of trouble walking too, found myself slowing down than usual, while walking my dog. It's hard to distinguish between pain, feeling uncomfortable or cramps. Not sure how to feel about this. Someone said maybe is round ligaments due to everything trying to stretch and make space idk🤷🏽‍♀️

Round ligament pains from everything stretching and may also be experiencing some Braxton Hicks contractions
