I had a natural birth and I was in pain for the whole 6 weeks recovery. 😩

I had a natural birth with my first and had third degree tearing. I did a lot of warm baths, used the peri bottle with warm water every time I used the bathroom (no wiping), and used witch hazel pads and numbing spray every day. I was sore, but it didn’t really bother me that badly. The outside I think healed in about a week or so, but the inside was tender for awhile after. The first couple of times Hubby and I had sex felt like I was totally dry and it was like a burning feeling. Had to take it reaaaally slow and use lots of lubrication until I felt better

I had an episiotomy and a very rough delivery of my son. Surprisingly I barely tore reason why they had to do an epi.. they referred to it almost like a 2nd degree. I took very good care of myself and felt great 3-4 weeks later

My first child, got stitches and hurt so bad for over a week, my second got more stitches and didn’t really get too sore.

I had an episiotomy, I was sore for about 3-4 weeks . Sitz baths were my best friend . I couldn’t pee or poop

Without sitting my ass and that entire area in warm water .

I was sore for a very lot time. I had a lot of 2nd degree tearing and was in pain for months. When the external pain faded, it was another several months before the internal did and sex was possible. Most moms I know didn’t have it this bad though! I feel like they were stitching me longer than I pushed for.

Not natural and lots of stitches. Episiotomy and tore. 3 months before I could sit normally.

Do you mean natural as in no pain killers or natural as in vaginal? Just checking :)

I got 7 and was sore for about a month tucks and cold water will be your best friend !
