So I live across the beach and have been wanting to take my little one there today since it’s not scorching hot, he is 2.5 months old and has had his 2 month vaccines, is it okay just to dip his toes in the water???

Any other moms experience a shoulder dystocia? I feel like I’m still having a hard time moving on from it and constantly having flashbacks even a month later and finally having my son with me. I just want to hear other stories and how did you cope?

Highly recommend the app “baby tracker” for new moms! Helps me keep track of feeding times and amounts and diaper changes and sleeping and more! It’s so much simpler than the other apps I’ve used. I’m a visual person and this helps me keep track! Just thought I’d share 🤗💙

Any tips to increase milk supply? I’ve tried pumping every 3-5 hours and drinking lots of water but still only produce 1.5 oz the most each session. I supplement with formula but was hoping to only use breast milk eventually

Water broke last night around midnight! Been at the hospital since still laboring at 2 1/2cm but slowly making progress😁👍 hopefully will meet this little one today 💙

I’m so impatient at this point and I just have a feeling I am going to go over my due date which is Thursday 😫 Anything worth trying that is safe that has helped others get the process going?? I’m 2cm and soft so that’s that🤷🏻‍♀️
