My doc advised me to take prenatals and biotin to help with the hair loss but it isn’t helping, and as you can see it’s getting pretty bad. This is taking such a huge blow to my self esteem, especially because I have to wear a bun to work every day. Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do to help?😓

Have you tried the hair, skin and nails? I think it's what it's called.

I have started losing a lot of hair to, and it’s freaking me out. I have been putting coconut oil in it every other night. And taking kerotin hair skin and nails vitamins along with vitamin D and potassium

I used coconut oil and Lavander mixed in my hair as well as taking the prenatals and biotin. My hair did not get that bad, however it did not start growing back until about 8 months after giving birth!

Goodness, I know exactly how you feel. I lost so much hair after my first and had a similar hairline to yours. I pretty much just had to wait it out, which took several months postpartum. I'd try the other ladies suggestions though! Maybe it wouldn't have taken so long if I'd known to do the biotin and oils.
