Documentation question:
So 3 weeks ago, I was told that I was only 4 weeks since all they seen was a yolk sac. Yesterday, I was measuring 8w + 6. Which would have made me 6 weeks when they said I was 4 weeks lol. As far as labeling my pictures- would I label my picture from 3 weeks ago as 4 weeks since that’s what the doctor measured or 6 weeks since that’s what I actually was counting back from this weeks measurements? Omg 🤦🏻‍♀️ lol.
