My baby has a little cold during the day his nose is runny a lot & now that he's sleeping I can hear how stuffed his nose really is. I recently started using zarbees the organic cough syrup for mucus ... Is there any home remedies I can use to help him breathe better when he's sleep ?

@deejd, it may not affect all babies- it’s a risk and it does happen. Not everyone gets into a car accident, but we all use car seats.

@laniejay when I took my son to the doctor when he was feeling the same way the doctor said it was cold symptoms & my mom used Vicks when me & my sisters were toddlers & now that we are way way older we dont have respiratory distress or anything like it doesn't put effect on all babies it could put a effect on some my babies doctor told me To put a little bit of Vicks in a humidifier idk I just haven't heard about Vicks causing any problems

Vicks is not safe for babies. It shouldn’t be used under 10 yrs. Despite being marketed as such, it contains eucalyptus (and they sketchily hide it as it’s contained in the “fragrance” and not listed as an ingredient) eucalyptus can cause bronchiospasms and respiratory distress. Some parents mistake the symptoms for cold symptoms.
Saline spray, lots of cuddles, and some elderberry.

I bought this Vick’s plug in thing, and the lavender inserts for my kids. It worked like a charm! My daughter actually slept through the night and she got really stuffy during the winter.

@ashleyshantel1 😕 noo I just elevated his head with the pillows he sounds a little better I just wish he knew how to blow his nose already

I’m currently going through the same thing. Laying in bed now and can hear how congested she is. Doesn’t seem like the zarbees helps at night
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Noah is struggling to drink his milk with his snotty nose he's had some porridge though. I've got snuffle baby to try and clear it is there anything else I can use????
Azriel at 2 days old vs 11 weeks old. since the beginning he's been so well in his cradleboard. he puts himself right to sleep once I lace him up. or if he's not tired he just chills and watches his surroundings. and at this point, he can sleep the longest when he's in the board. I love that I can carry on these traditions and that Azriel loves it too!
Lefty or Righty I think my son is a lefty. He's a month and a week and grabs with his left hand. He rarely uses his right.
