So yesterday I ate bacon wrapped hot dogs (they were so bomb 🔥) & pizza... talking to my mom, she says “I imagine you are eating healthy again, to get back in shape” ..... 🤔 uhh lol it really did hit me in that moment that I am no longer pregnant & should be eating a healthier diet. Feels good to not feel the NEED to just jump right into it like I did with the last 2. My bf kisses my little belly left over from baby, still says I’m beautiful & is even starting to say things like he wants to get it on (obviously knows we can’t lol) idk I’m just happy, like there’s no rush to be perfect rn because everything is perfect in this moment with my baby girl & him ❤️
@mommy2babygirl, well you’ll be cleared to workout soon enough. Have you been wearing a griddle or belly band ?
Omg this is so me.. and finally on week 5 in a few days of PP csection I don’t even know what I’m gonna do to lose baby weight and belly I’m a FTM so this is all new.. but honestly I’m opposite of feelings.. I’m super depressed with my self because I had a flat stomach before and I’ve always been self conscious of my body and weight I used to not eat much until I was pregnant because I was so bad..
@leslyev92, yea ! It’s what I need and I miss her so much so I’m really looking forward to it.
@mar_la, That’s so awesome tho, to have your mom coming to take care of you! & diets aren’t always horrible, as long as you can sneak in a treat or 2 😉
But that’s definitely something my mom would say lol she’s coming to help me for a month when the babies born and my husbands gonna be out of town so I know for a FACT she’s gonna have me on a diet 😏
@mommy2babygirl, that’s awesome!!! and you should use the belly band everyday even if it’s just for a while, I feel like that’s been major in this recovery. You’ve got this! & once you’re cleared focus on your mid section, a lot of ab workouts will help, cardio & drinking a lot of water!
