Tips for staying cool in the heat!!

I always found sitting with my feet in cold water was good when I was pregnant last year in the heat and the cool mist spray is good too 😊

I will be trying both!! I really can’t cope today 😢 xx

@ezchaz, my fan just blows hot air at me!! I’m hoping the thunder storms that are in their way makes it a bit cooler xx
