Super crazy long story short - there is another mom on my street who had a 7 yr old boy who used to play with my 8 yr old boy. That is until the other boy (we'll call him Joe) becane abusive. Joe is mildly autisic and extremely large for his age. My son has become aware of this behavior over the oast few yrs. Roughly 10 months ago my son refused to play with Joe and made that clesr to both Joe and his mother. The mom now loathes me.

Now on a daily basis, Joe will flip us the bird, shake his head at us or give us a death stare every time we pass his house. The mother isn't far off. My 8 yr old is now looking at this behavior asking questions.

Would you shrug it all off or say something?
