Nope. I just knew I've been dying for days now with it. Plus I have fibromyalgia. They say it usually goes away after 21 weeks. Hopefully I'll live 2.more weeks.

You just gotta readjust yourself carefully till it eases up. There are belly bands that help carry the belly but idk if it will help with it. I personally hate the belly bands ive tried, my baby always fights it
