Ladies with dry skin, I need your help. I need a skincare routine. Mine consists of slapping some coconut oil on and calling it good but that's not helping. I've got cracks and scales all over, this winter doubled with weird post partem skin has me looking like a lizard person. Keep in mind I don't have lots to spend or lots of time.
