I sent this pic to my dad to show him her teeth and I was just looking at it, as I zoomed in I saw this thing in the back of her mouth on the right side that kind of looks like something growing there. I've never noticed it before. She is asleep now and I can't get in her mouth to look at it, but its kind of concerning me... Does anybody know what it could be? Should I be worried?
