Ectopic pregnancy question

If you have had an ectopic pregnancy would it show up as a bfp or would you just get bfn? Im almost 6 days late with bfn and it has me worried. (Yes I'm going to make an appointment but just wanted to hear others opinions and experiences). Thanks and good luck ladies ❤?✨?
