Ectopic pregnancy question

If you have had an ectopic pregnancy would it show up as a bfp or would you just get bfn? Im almost 6 days late with bfn and it has me worried. (Yes I'm going to make an appointment but just wanted to hear others opinions and experiences). Thanks and good luck ladies ❤?✨?

Soooo. I'm 5 almost 6 days late. I tested the day of missed period and the next day and got a bfn. The second test was a urine test from the doc. Should I test again tomorrow morning or just wait to see if af shows? I've been having cramps like my period is coming and yesterday I kept having like a muscle cramp in my right lower abdomen. I'm usually very regular. I've had really sensitive nipples but I always get that b4 af. And I gag anytime something come in contact with my tongu...

Anyone use these opks? How good are they. I need some opinions on the best opks for the cheapest price! Thanks!

Af due yesterday but no show. Anyone get a second line on an opk before their period? I usually never do. I took a pregnancy test and I seen a vvfl but don't want to get my hopes up.

This is the pregnancy test that's been inverted. Should I be hopeful or just plan to try harder next time?
