Needing help!!!

I have these type of white bumps on the area around my nipple and I have no clue what they could be? I can pop them like some sort of pimple and when I do a puss type of stuff comes out of them? I don't know what this could be and not sure if I should seek medical attention for it? Someone please help me and give me info about it if you have the same problem.. Btw, I am really sorry for tmi but I am really stressed over this.. Thanks
