clothes!

Do any of you put pants/onesies on baby ? I'm going to CD my 2weeks old (once my order gets here) I have tons of clothes and I'm afraid he won't be able to wear his pants/onesies, I'm aware of the extenders but won't it still look weird? Like too bulky?
