Acid reflux and solids

So I took DD to her pedi because we started new meds for her reflux and this was after 3 months of trying everything else, new formula, sitting up after eating, burping in between feeds. Smaller feeding just more often, mommys bliss and so on. Well now the doc is talking about giving her solids around 4-5 months because she says with a lot of the other babies she's delt with, with reflux after starting solids it pretty much went away. Now my thing is I really wanted to wait till 6 months but now I'm considering starting sooner. Only because at night not all but at least 2-3 times a week she will have a good spell where she will arch her back, scream and cry till she has to catch her breath. It's scary as all hell and I hate seeing her in this much pain. Now would it be bad if I started a month early. Has any other reflux moms heard of this? I would think it would just make it worse. And not only that she still spits up like crazy and it's formula with stomach bile and I know that can not feel good. I normally just go with what the doc says to do but I know a lot try to push solids early too. Just looking for advice I still have tons more research into this.

Baby won't bear weight on leg

Baby won't bear weight on leg I have a walking 10 month old and she has been extra fussy yesterday and today. Today I noticed she didn't really want to crawl, she would just cry until I came and picked her up. After I fed her, I tried setting her down to play with her big sister and she just started crying and wouldn't put any weight on her left leg. She will put weight down on her right leg but then just cries until you pick her back up. I thought maybe she just didn't want to be put down (as baby's often do). I tried a few more times over the next 30 minutes and she still won't put any weight on it. I had a meeting (I work from home), so I took her upstairs to my husband. She is now playing with her siblings and happy, but he text me (from upstairs) and says she still won't put weight on it. She is just sitting there playing.

Will your Mom be in the delivery room?

Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
