stage 2 hypertensive blood pressure

I was put in the hospital new year's day due to a horrible migraine that had me blacking out and seeing spots in my eyes. Well my blood pressure was 158/101 and I was told I'm stage 2 hypertensive and have a 60% change of a stroke. I'm 24 years old and I'm over weight I have lost weight after my 2 Nd had a miscarriage 4 months back. I had lost another 17 pounds and then gained 8 back I can't loose weight diet anything. I'm seeking a spealist next week. Since the nurse told me I prolly have a thirod condition explains all my symptoms. I want another baby so bad especially after my miscarriage. I wanna know anyone that has had a thirod condition and high blood pressure ever loose the weight or was able to have a healthy pregnancy. ?
