Your SO said he would go to your ob appointment since he haven't came to any of the others but he didn't come. But to make it worse he doesn't even ask about it when you get home?

others baby wearing Do you (or would you) allow someone else to wear your baby?
What would you do with $25,000 If you received an extra $25,000. What would you do with it? ?
Hypothetically: If you post your spouse and someone comments on their looks, such as ‘He is a cutie’ or ‘He is handsome/sexy’ would you take it as a compliment or would you be looking at them sideways?
What would your little girls name be?

Yes I would be very upset. My husband tries to make it every time but I would understand if he missed one or two appointments. I explained it to my husband in the beginning, it's not about me its about the baby and I want him to know what's going on. I also schedule the appointments when he is done with work so he doesn't have to miss work.
I'm a first time mom so maybe I wouldn't mind so much if it was baby #2

My husband loves to go to any and all ob appointments when he can (sometimes they are scheduled while he works) but I wouldn't expect him to go to most of them though as they usually just ask questions for mom and are over so quickly. If he said he was going to go though and ended up not I'd be pretty upset unless I got an explanation. Make sure you are very upfront with him that it bothers you and if you feel he should be there that he knows that you think that and that it is important to you.

Unless he has to work, there is no other excuse. My SO came to my first OB appointment, but so far he has had to work for the rest of them, but he has always asked about what the doctor said. Yours should at least do the same.

I'd be very upset. My husband goes to any and all of my appointments. He gets upset if he doesn't think he could make it. Which I'm happy he wants to be so involved. I was worried since this was his second child he would shrug things off because he's already been through it. It's my first so everything is very new.

My husband has been to one but he works away from home, for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. I really don't care if he came to any, it's all pretty quick and standard. I only care about the ultrasounds and try to accommodate those appt around his work schedule

I was making sure I wasn't being nuts but he works in the evening and the appointments are always in the morning. The other ones didn't upset me since I knew he was tired from getting off at 3 am. This time im upset because he's been off a few days and there is no excuse. I thought he should've been excited to hear his baby's heartbeat for the first time. Maybe he will come next time...

Dad tries to come to every one, but if he couldn't make it, it wouldn't be because he didn't want to go. If he missed an ultrasound he would be crushed.

I would be upset, but my husband went to all but one of my ob appointments with my first and hasn't missed one for this yet.

My boyfriend (father of my children) doesn't go to any. It's just a check up and then he asks about it when i get home or usually I call or text him with the details when I leave. My ultrasounds though he always goes! All mine for our daughter and then for the baby now. But just apts I don't bother cause he's working and it's check the baby and it's over.
