LOL! I would have been so embarrassed! I should have known better because the "dad" was wearing pajamas. They were obviously in high school. I even remember thinking how great the mom looked after obviously just recently giving birth! ?

Well now we all know where we can donate our expired carseats! High schools with home-ec classes!

I was like oh my uhhh. Then I started laughing.

This happened to me and Dh once when we had dd 5 years ago at a Dr's office. But this lady actually the doctor told her in front of everyone that's he was calling cps on her for that. She started crying because she didn't have money for a new one. My husband felt so bad he took my daughter our of her carseat and gave it to her and told her he had the base and stroller in the car that he would give that to her too. He helped her install it and while we saw doctor he ran and bought dd a new one. The lady was so happy and thanked him over and over. My husband said he just wanted baby to be safe.
