need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Still haven't told DH... ...that we're expecting! ? Tonight we were at dinner with my brother and SIL and they just had a baby 4 weeks ago. She said something about babies and DH replies, with such an attitude, "uh no! Never again, we are done!"
cats and babies My so and I haven't been able to have cats for years. Last year we moved into our own house. So says we can have a cat now.
I wish.... There was a place all of us could bring our May babies to play with each other, so our babies could have some great friends, like we all have in this group :)))

I made him breakfast and coffee and he wouldn't eat or drink, so I made him some toast and he did eat one piece.
He won't get off the couch. We have to leave here in about 3 hours. ?

Make him go... that will teach him a lesson.

Give him a Tylenol and coffee.

Lol well you're nicer than I am. I'd be like I'm still going and Im bringing a friend and Im going to have a blast. Have fun being hungover.

I would have told him what the surprise was last night so he would know to drink more responsibly. He shouldn't have gotten trashed, but he also didn't have all the info to base his decision on.

I just realized that may have come out sounding snarky. I'm sorry! I really hope he comes around and that you have a wonderful day! Happy Anniversary!!!
Ashley Roan·
I've decided I'll still go, just need to find someone to go with me if he bails.
I didn't tell him because I didn't think this would happen. He only drank beer, which he does all the time. He never gets sick on beer. I asked him and he doesn't even know how many he drank! LOL!
He'll learn his lesson if I go and he stays home. ?
Ashley Roan·
@yaya - I didn't think you were being snarky. ☺️

Make him get up and shower! Make some Mac and cheese or something greasy. But definitely make him get up and shower. Also coffee and water! When my s.o drinks to much he gets up and sucks down a whole cup of water and drinks a few cups of coffee. Also, happy anniversary!

Geeze I need to read better. I didn't realize that it was a surprise. Now I feel bad for him.
That sucks op.

??Happy Anniversary??
Maybe tell him what is planned and make him go...?

Alka-seltzer!!
Ashley Roan·
Lol! I just took a shower and I smell him cooking something. Maybe he is feeling a tad bit better!

Another question - let say today goes as planned. I was originally thinking dinner at a fun little restaurant but now I'm wondering if a dinner picnic would be more fun!
Any ideas on food? It would have to be cold since we would need to leave it in the car in a cooler while we do the canopy tour.
deleted-user·
Pasta salad, cheese, grapes, crackers, and wine.
deleted-user·
Looooool ! I can only imagine zip lining hungover lolol ! Id make him go :P

A beer picnic.... jk fruit, cheese, bread maybe a tomato mozzarella salad.
Ashley Roan·
Thanks ladies! All great ideas, just not sure if I have enough time to get it all prepared. Hopefully!!
Ashley Roan·
He's going! But we're running late due to me having no help getting the kids things together and out the door to bring over to the in-laws! Ugh!! We can't be late!

Throw his butt in the shower.
Have fun!

Make him eat a banana and drink coconut water. The 2 best cures for a hangover
