Didn't receive something we purchased
My husband started a company last year and purchased items from a manufacturer. The manufacturer shorted him on the number of items we purchased and now won't return any phone calls or emails since December. This was close to $500 worth of merchandise.

Did you already call your credit card company? You should have longer than 30 days to file a chargeback. Otherwise your only recourse is to take him to small claims court.

I don't think you can dispute the charge now. You might have to file a lawsuit.

When did he make a purchase? If you paid with American Express or discover card, you have 180 days (6 months) to file a chargeback. VISA gives you 120 days. Otherwise like i said, small claims court is the only option.

Yikes. The only thing I think you can really do is take them to court...but even then how do you prove you never got all of the items? It's kind of your word against theirs....that's why so many people are ripped off by manufacturers and never get their money back.
