Need some advice!

I was put on bed rest yesterday because of high blood pressure. It wasn't strict bed rest so the doctor said I could sit, get up to make quick meals, things like that. Well, we were eating breakfast and I noticed I was wet down there, not ridiculously wet and there was no gush. It was completely clear, completely odorless. I changed my pants and am now laying down. The baby is moving around and it hurts... Like with each movement, I feel like I'm going to rip open. I'm not having contractions though.
