Maternity clothes!! Ahhhh!

Lol I actually found motherhood, a pea in the pod, etc niiiice new looking stuff at good will. I got everything for $25! Full wardrobe.

Ugh! Don't tell me that!! LOL!

I think we need to feel comfy and maternity clothes are great! I just ordered maternity leggings. Shorts are not so flattering with my ham hocks (thighs) at this point. I have 80 something days left too. Those leggings are totally worth 100$. lol. I'll wear them after for winter since I'm sure I won't be able to fit in my normal clothes awhile.

Lol, I make a point of staying away from my favorite maternity store now. I'm at 31 wks and have now turned my shopping addiction to baby clothes.

Don't feel bad I did the same thing. I honestly think I have more money in maternity clothes then I do my regular clothes. Lol. Of course after buying all these maternity clothes I am googling on day and find swap.com where they sell used maternity clothes and offer free shipping for a fraction of the price. I literally seen half The clothes that I had paid an arm and a leg for on there super cheap. Like $5 for dress that I payed $35 for. It made me sick!!!

Lol I'm 20 weeks and have spent $430 over the last couple of weeks. I have a PROBLEM!!!

Luckily half of its too big so will last. But it's so hard not to buy things, maternity gear is so cute and such a novelty!

I have to avoid that store. Too expensive. Years ago with my first the clothes were reasonably priced. You could buy pants for $15-20, shirts for $10. But it's hard to get out of there without spending $100 on hardly anything at all. I went to the Goodwill this time for clothes. Bought two pairs of motherhood maternity bottoms, 2 pea in a pod bottoms and only paid about $20. I did break down and order a brand new bathing suit from Pea in a Pod for $60 though...I wasn't about to buy one secondhand. It's the equivalent of buying used underwear imo. Just can't do it.

Motherhood maternity clothes are iffy. After the first wash they change shape it seems. The stitching turns side ways if that makes any sense. Like it should run down your sides but after the wash it doesn't?

And they are to damn high

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed that fingerback. I thought I was going insane. I swear last time I was pregnant, I walked out of motherhood with tons of clothes for a hundred dollars. This pregnancy I walked out with only a pair of pants that I desperately needed that night because everything was 40 to 50 a piece. And they didn't even give a welcome gift bag or offer juice this time!

I went to the outlet so I guess I did pretty good. $284 for

- 1 pair of maternity jeans

- 1 nice/dressy top

- 2 regular tops

- 4 nursing cami's

- 1 nicer nursing came with built in bra (with pads)

- 1 nursing shirt with a built in 'tummy control

- 4 nursing bras

Lol! That's good right? Help me justify!! Haha! The issue is how much other stuff I have already a bought. This has to be the last time!!
